- Payment-related information such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, cancellation dates, and limited payment method details like card brand, last four digits, and expiration month/year
- Artist profile information, including artist name, display name, tagline, headline, bio, template selection, font choice, colors, contact preferences, social links, quick links, videos, and images
- Electronic Press Kit (EPK) information, including EPK images and meta titles
- Show and event information, including title, description, URL, date, ticket settings, ticket price, capacity, and tickets sold
- Newsletter or mailing list information if you choose to collect it through your artist page
- Any other information you choose to submit through forms, uploads, or content fields

When you use our website, we may automatically collect:

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the platform, including:

- Payment processors, including Stripe and Stripe Connect (artists who enable ticketing or payment features may have their information shared with Stripe as a connected account, and Stripe’s terms may apply)

4. Artist Pages and Public Content
Some of the information you add to your artist profile, EPK, or show pages may be publicly visible, including:
- Artist name and display name
- Bio, tagline, and headline
- Images (hero image, about image, EPK images)
- Videos
- Social links and quick links
- Show titles, descriptions, dates, and ticket links
Please do not upload anything you do not want to be publicly visible.
5. Newsletter and Marketing Communications
If you choose to collect fan emails or subscribe to our communications, we may use that information to send platform updates, onboarding emails, product updates, and other messages.
We comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Commercial electronic messages are sent only with appropriate consent, and every marketing email includes a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly.
